Day 31: Bulk Arms
My second day on Bulk Arms was very similar to the first one. I used my two pound weighted balls for the Tricep Kickbacks. I couldn't handle the fives from the first workout so I decided to go down. I'm not frying out my biceps with this workout, but my triceps are getting sore. The concentration hammer curls are killer. I'm getting a good burn during the workout, but I'm not sore the next day. It's kinda weird.
