Day 29: Bulk Chest
Bulk Chest for the second time went well. The incline press was pretty hard. I'm still doing the Decline Push ups on my knees on the step. I did the last set on the bench on my knees. They were pretty brutal. I wasn't very sore after this workout either. I'm not sure why the Build phase got me all sore, but the Bulk phase isn't doing the same thing, but I'm kinda liking it. I wasn't a fan of being in constant pain.
