Day 30: Bulk Legs
Bulk Legs was just as fun the second time around. I'm not a fan of the front to back lunges or the alternating side squats. Those are just killer. My back really hates them and my legs aren't fans of them either. Looks like I didn't fill out the Calf Raise section, but I did all 50 reps. I had to take a few breaks. The Beast Abs part was easy enough.

Still weird that I got nearly as much total activity in this as I did with the cardio workout, but whatever.
