I skipped three days of walking. I almost skipped today too! Wednesday is the delivery day for our Imperfect Foods box, so I wanted to mess around with unloading that and taking pictures. Thursday, I just didn't want to walk. Friday, we stopped at the grocery store on the way home so I was running late getting home and didn't really have time to walk. I suppose I could have made time if it was a priority, but I didn't make it a priority.
Today has been a busy day! We were supposed to go to town and do all of our shopping and stuff, but it was snowing so we skipped going to town. We just went to
The Depot. Once we got home, I did some calls for my part time job. I did dishes and took a chapter test for my
COC class. I nearly fell asleep after my test. Most of the chapter tests are only 25 questions, but this one was 50 questions and hubby had the TV on the Hallmark channel. I got sucked into that stupid movie! It took nearly three hours to do the test. I got an 86. Of the seven questions I got wrong, five of them were during the movie! He changed the channel and I only got two questions wrong after that.
I closed my eyes for a few minutes and I might have fallen asleep. My landlord showed up and knocked on the door. That woke me up. If he hadn't shown up, I'm not sure if I would have gotten on the treadmill. Once my landlord left, I decided to get off my duff and get on the treadmill. I decided to do a flat one with the plan of just going at 2MPH the whole time. I wanted it to be calm and relaxing. I didn't want to make my shins hurt. I started out at 2MPH, but started bumping it up slowly. It took about a half mile to get to 2.5MPH and I stayed there. I thought about going faster, but I convinced myself to just keep it where I was because I was comfortable. I didn't break any records and this attempt was about two minutes slower than my last attempt and I'm okay with that. I'm just glad that I got up there and got it down.
I felt pretty good and didn't really have any hip/back pain so that's good! I should have hatched in egg in Pokemon Go, but apparently my Adventure Sync wasn't on. I just turned it on. Hopefully I won't lose out on that walk! Oh! While I was doing the labels for the post, Adventure Sync kicked in and I hatched an egg. It was a Swablu. UGH!
