Day 26: Go For It
Day 26 was Go For It. This was the first workout of Week 3. This wasn't as hard as week 2, but it was still pretty challenging. At the end of week 3, I really just wanted to be done with this entire program. I felt like I bumbling idiot when it came to these workouts. I just couldn't get my body to do what it was supposed to. However, the same thing happened today as the previous few days. While doing the workout, I kept thinking that it wasn't really that hard and I had no idea why I had found it so challenging before. All of that wasted frustration! I wasn't perfect by a long shot, but it was totally doable and I felt like if I did it a couple more times, I could actually do it well. So very strange how taking a week off from it made it easier instead of harder.
Polar M400 Screen Shots
Here are the screen shots from the workout. I didn't get as much of a calorie burn as the week 2 workouts, but oh well. Check out my heart rate screen shot though. This one is more of a HIIT workout than some of the others in the sense that there was a bigger gap between the highs and the lows. I didn't get it up quite as high as I had in previous workouts though. It seems a bit less structured too so maybe it's less of a HIIT workout than I originally though. :)
