Day 25: In the PocketThis was the other workout from week 2. It was sooooooo hard for me in week 2. The moves were fast and they were much more intricate than the week 1 workouts. Once again, I was doing this workout and thinking to myself, "Why was this so hard in the beginning? Why did this workout make me want to bail on this entire program?" Doing it again after having had over a week off from it, it was just so much easier. I wasn't perfect for sure, but I got through it and didn't feel like a complete failure. I was so glad that I hadn't bailed on this program like I wanted to in week 2!

Here are the screen shots. It wasn't as much of a calorie burn as the day before, but it's okay! I had fun. I got my heart rate up and moved my body!
