Day 64: Bulk Chest
Day 64 of Body Beast Lean Program was Bulk Chest. It was good to do this one again, but I was pretty weak still from the Total Body workout on Saturday. I was pretty happy that I decided to swap it so I did it Saturday instead of Sunday. If I had done that one Sunday, I might not have made it through Chest day. I did have some improvements this time. I slid further down onto my thighs for the decline push ups. I did the push ups faster this time too! Woot woot! My chest was sore the day after this workout! I only have this one once more before this round of Body Beast is done. I might do this workout at random times though. I have the worksheets so I'll be able to do it even without the DVDs.

Here's a really sad looking screen shot. I have to be burning more than 111 calories during this workout! This thing gets my heart rate up and I'm sweating like crazy. How is that only 111 calories! I claim foul! I always think it's wrong though for strength training stuff. In a few more weeks, I'll be doing cardio and I'll be showing some impressive screen shots !
