Day 38: Bulk Arms
Day 38 was Bulk Arms. The triceps stuff is pretty challenging, but I really like this workout. I'm getting stronger, but those tricep kickbacks are still absolutely a killer. The concentration hammer curls are torture too. I'm really slow at both of them. I have to pause the DVD still. I could probably keep up if I used 2, 5 and 8, but I don't have those. The workout is challenging, but I don't dread doing it. That's a plus! It doesn't seem to be giving me DOMS either.
