Day 39: Beast Cardio
Beast Cardio agan. I'm seeing a bit of a trend. I'm not a fan of the workouts with the one loud grunty guy who moves way too fast. I'm getting better at certain aspects of this one. I can get through all 60 seconds of the jumping jack leg thing. I think he calls it In and Outs. I don't squat down while doing it though. I haven't gotten that good at it. I'm doing the toe taps on the bench now instead of on my step. I still can't do the plyo lunges. I just do regular rear lunges instead.

Here it is in all it's unglory. This could be the most vigorous activity I've had in this workout though. Woot Woot.
