Day 8: Sculpt
Today was Day 8 was Sculpt. I really didn't remember much from this workout. I knew that I was going to be dealing with tricep dips. That was all I remembered. This thing was hard! I was pretty beat up from yesterday. I wasn't really sore, but my muscles were pretty weak. I just wasn't digging all the lunges. Too many lunges for me for the last week! It also had a bunch of squats. My legs were dying! I'm so happy that tomorrow is Hard Core on the Floor! I went through 8 days of PiYo without a rest day. That might not have been the best plan. I probably could have done better with the lunges and squats today if I had given my legs a bit of a rest.
