Day 26: Rest Day!
I kept my rest day on Friday like the workout calendar has scheduled. Hubby and I went for a hike. We planned on going to the top of Smith rock, but we didn't make it to the top. That hike is just crazy intense! We probably could have made it to the top, but we would have needed a week to recover and we've got a big hike planned for next Friday. That will probably be the last hike for the year with the two of us since hubby's work schedule changed. He's working Friday through Monday and I'm working Monday through Friday. No more shared days off! Ugh!
