Review of Day 29 for Beachbody Les Mills Combat

What I did and why

Today was day 29 of Les Mills Combat! One day left and I'm halfway done! I'm so excited! I didn't think I would make it this far, but I have and I'm going to finish unless I get some injury that prevents me from finishing. I was a little sore from Saturday's workout. I think some of it was from Friday's too. I'm not really sure. That combat 45 workout really works the back! Crazy stuff! 

Kick Start Cardio

This is the 30 minute combat workout. I've done it a bunch of times. You can read the full play by play from Day 1. I've come a long way since Day 1. My vigorous minutes is up and my total calories for the workout is up. I'm doing better and modifying less. I decided not to do the jump kicks today, but my front kicks seemed like they were higher than they normally are. For the most part, I kept up with the people in the DVD. I wasn't able to keep up with all of the scissor legs and crossjacks, but I did them as fast as I could. This DVD was over so fast! I probably could have done the whole thing over again! I'm really excited about his week and have been looking forward to it for some time now. It's combat all week! NO HIIT Workouts! That makes my flipping day! I'm excited for tomorrow to get my measurements and all that jazz! Stay tuned for the mid program update.

The screen shots are about what expected. Although the calories for the whole workout were higher than I thought they would have been. Not much to say about it. :)
