Beachbody Les Mills Combat Day 11


What I did and why..........

I slept in and I didn't work out and it's okay because today was a rest day! I didn't realize just how much I needed this day. Maybe I did. I'm not really sure. I took melatonin an hour before bedtime last night. I set my alarm clock for an hour later this morning. I think I fell asleep before 10PM and I only woke up once! Maybe twice. I slept in until 5AM! And it felt INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My body wasn't sore today. My body wasn't trembling today! My body didn't give out on me! My body let me walk up the stairs without fear of falling down them! This was the BEST day in a very long time! I'm so looking forward to Thursday next week! I get another rest day on Sunday, but we'll be hiking. The plan is for an easy 2 mile hike with only 200 feet of elevation change, but the book has lied to me before. Have I mentioned how awesome today was? I sorta almost feel guilty about not doing any exercise today though. I won't dwell on that. :)
