Leslie Sansone Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan Review Part 2


This was my second time getting this DVD from the library. The first time I got it, I did the prefab workouts as designed by the DVD.  You can read about my first review of The Ultimate 5 Day Walk plan. This time, I did each individual mile with the warm up and cool down. 

This DVD had five one mile walks, five toning segments, a warm up and a cool down. If you do the 5 Day plan, you'll have a different walk for each day. It includes a 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, 4 mile or 5 mile walk followed by a five minute toning segment for the arms, chest/back, legs, abs and a full body stretch. The DVD also gives the option of doing your own workout. You can pick up to 10 segments at a time.

This is a great DVD for anyone to have in their library. You get cardio and strength training in one DVD. It is very versatile and very easy to customize to fit the amount of time you have on any given day.
