I got through this, but my hip hurt and my shins hurt and my right calf hurt. This 2.6MPH was sucked. Maybe I'm not there yet. I did this .1MPH faster than my previous attempt so I dropped like a minute off my previous attempt. I finally remember the heart rate monitor, but looks like I forgot it on the last attempt. Isn't that funny! Check how my heart rate climbed! OMG. I didn't hatch an egg in Pokemon Go though. I got to 1.92! I was so close. I'll hatch it before bed, but I'm annoyed I didn't make it! Short post today since I'm running late and hubby has dinner done! Buh bye!

iFit 1 Mile Challenge Munich, Germany
When I woke up this morning, I wanted to do nothing except blog about my Imperfect Food box, but I had to work, so I was responsible. I had heart burn and a bellyache on my drive home, but I wanted to get on the treadmill, so I tossed down some Tums and jumped on the treadmill. I picked this nice easy flat one, but for some reason, I keep trying to push the speed thing. I know that I'm going to make it die at some point, but I just keep pushing. I started at 2.6MPH and was going to do that one for half mile and then bump it up slowly, but I decided I wanted to die at about the .3 mile mark, so instead of bumping it up, I just sat there staring at the clock.
