iFit 1 Mile Challenge Castile-La Mancha, Spain

Earlier today, I wrote about my iFit 1 Mile Challenge Bochum, Germany walk from Thursday. I had mentioned that I was wearing my chub rub tights and trying to decide if I could walk with those since the wound from my holey sweatpants was bothering me. The answer to that question was a big fat NO! I tried again with my leggings and again the answer was NO! I tried again with a pair of jean shorts and it was a strong maybe. I decided to risk it because I really wanted to walk. How weird is that! I actually wanted to walk. I REALLY wanted to walk! I wanted to walk so badly that I tried three different outfits to see if I could walk!

I'm glad I did. I felt better after this one. My lower left back was a bit sore, but it wasn't torture. My right calf was a bit sore too which is said, but whatever. My shoulders and arms were sore while I was walking because this one had some downhill sections in it which were negative 6%. I hold on to the bars when I walk because Jillian Michaels isn't in my house to yell at me not to hold on. I feel unstable if I don't hold on. I know that I'll probably burn more calories if I don't hold on, but I hold on. Maybe soon, I'll work on not holding on. I'll have to walk slower which will actually be good because that will help with the whole I can't go faster than 2MPH at the moment or I'm not willing to risk going faster because I'm afraid to overheat the thing and have it die on me.

There isn't much to say about this walk. I was watching Fixer Upper while I was walking so I didn't pay much attention to the slide show. It started out on a bridge heading to a castle or something. I'm not sure. It was a nice walk. it wasn't too terrible. You can see the elevation and stats below.
