Day 12: Full Out
Friday was Day 12 of Cize The End of Exercize. Day 12 was Full Out. The first time I did Full Out, it was a total train wreck. The second time I did Full Out, it went much better, but I mainly focused on just the leg movements. This was my third time doing this workout and I improved once again. I tried to focus on learning the hand movements since I had the foot movements pretty much down. It went pretty well. I'd still only give myself a two, but I was about ready to ditch the entire program the first time I did this workout, so I think my performance on day three was pretty amazing.
If anyone is having trouble with the choreography for Full Out, I highly recommend focusing on the foot movements first. Once you've got your feet figure out, then you can try to focus on the hand movements. This is a pretty fast moving routine, but you can get it with enough practice. This workout doesn't show up again until the final week.
Polar M400 Screen ShotsHere are the screen shots from my Polar M400 Fitness Watch. I got a better calorie burn during my last workout of Full Out. I'm not really sure what's up with that, but oh well. Maybe I still got a good calorie burn, so I'm okay with it.
