Day 34: Bulk Shoulders
This one was pretty much just the same as last week. The same moves were challenging. The Arnold Press was still crazy hard. I used my two pound weights so I could do the drop set. The Plate Twist-Twist was still a major mess. The reverse flys were challenging too. When I was done, my shoulder were pretty fried out. Washing my hair was a challenge. The Plank Twist Twist was hard on my shoulders again. I got through all 30 seconds, but I wanted to die!
