Review of Beachbody PiYo Day 21 - 3 weeks done!

Day 21: Rest Day!

Day 21 should have been Strength Intervals, but I did it on Friday so I could have my rest day on Sunday so we could go hiking! I'm glad I decided not to do Strength Intervals on the day of the hike, but I wish I had put Sweat on Friday and Strength Intervals on Saturday. Sweat is so much more intense than Strength Intervals. The hike was much harder than it should have been since I was pretty weak from Sweat.  I woke up with sore calves the day after the hike.
