Shakeology Day 7


Day 7

Yesterday was Day 7 of Shakeology. I mixed it up with 8 ounces of coconut milk after my workout. We then went into town and had breakfast. I ate a pretty small breakfast compared to what I've done in the past. I only had two scrambled eggs, a slice of toast and a bowl of grapes. I wasn't even hungry, but I had a mystery shop and the food was good. I made it through my workout without any problems. I felt stronger n my push ups. I almost tried a push up on my toes while doing burpees, but I held back! I think I might be able to do one! I will try it out as soon as I'm done with Les Mills Combat.
