What I did and why
Today was Day 49 of Les Mills Combat which for the Warrior program is rest day! Hubby's knee is still hurting so we didn't go for a hike. We stayed home and I edited most of the day. We watched some TV too. My inner thighs are sooooooooo sore today! Those jumping sumo squats were killer! Maybe it wasn't the burpees the other day that made me sore. Maybe it was all the jumping that I had been doing. I'm sooooooo close to being done with the 60 days! I have three HIIT workouts this week. Two of them are Shock Plyo! It would have made me happier if they had added an extra Combat workout in. It's my first week without a rest day on Thursday! I'm a bit nervous, but I'll make it through!
