What I did and why
Today was Day 55 of Les Mills Combat. It was Shock Plyo day. I only have to get through this workout one more time! I'll be happy to be done with it.
Shock Plyo
This is a 30 minute HIIT workout. It involves crazy things like burpees, plyo lunges, jumping squats, mountain climbers and planks! It's pretty much everything I hate in a workout, but I'm getting stronger! You can read a play by play of the workout on my Day 5 Review of Les Mills Combat.
I'm still sore from the last few workouts, but I made it through this one. I didn't do the plyo lunges. I did all of my lunges and backward lunges. I don't do forward lunges. Maybe in time I'll get better at those, but I'm just too unbalanced for lunges. I don't want to fry my knees.
I did all of the mountain climbers on my toes! I almost survived the planks. I need to work on those a bit more. I don't have all that much to say about this. I'm in a blah sort of mood.

Here are my screen shots for the workout. I can't wait until my heart rate monitor is due on Tuesday! I will have it here in time to do this workout again so I can see if my suspicion is correct about the inaccuracy of BodyMedia for workouts that don't involve much movement.
