What I did and why
Today was Day 46 of Les Mills Combat. I'm doing the Warrior program, so it was a Rest Day. I normally get super excited about Rest Days. I count down the days until Rest Day, but this week was difference. Since I started taking Shakeology on Sunday, I just haven't felt nearly as exhausted. I love Rest Day because I get to sleep an extra hour, but this morning, I woke up at my normal time and read for that hour. I'm reading Silver Shadows by Richelle Mead. I adore this series and go through the books super fast when a new one comes out. I read at every possible moment because I just can't get enough of these books! There is one left in the series and if she doesn't do another spin off, I might cry. I barely was able to pull myself away to do this post, but I made a commitment to do the 60 days and to blog about it, so I have to do the 60 days and I have to blog about it. Okay, so Rest Day was uber cool. I got to read! I went to work and walked around a lot because that's what I do at work. I have a desk job, but rarely actually sit at my desk for more than 15 minutes at a time which is great for my physical health, but not so much for my mental health since I constantly feel like I'm never getting anything done! That was my day in a nutshell.
Feel free to read all about my previous 45 days doing Les Mills Combat. You can read all about fat farts and bouncing boobs. :) Good Stuff!
