iFit Scottish Highland Series Lochan Coire Lagan Hike Part 3, Isle of Skye, Scotland Day 6

Today is Monday! It was time to go back to work. I wasn't sad about that since I actually like my job. My husband was not so excited to go back to work! He decided to get out of work an hour early which meant I was getting out an hour early since we carpool. As soon as we got home, I got up on the treadmill to do this walk that was supposed to be 2.1 miles, but I had to go slower so it was only 1.83 miles. There were parts of this where I was supposed to go 3MPH. That did not happen! I started out at 2.5MPH and bumped it up to 2.6MPH after I was past the only incline. I was close enough to the end that I thought the machine could handle it. I think the machine dies when I go downhill too fast because that means it's pushing me uphill. It's easier for me to walk downhill, but it's easier for the machine to go uphill since gravity isn't working against it.

Okay, so this one wasn't physically challenging. At some point, I was a bit bored and my lower left back/hip area hurt so I really didn't want to finish this, but I kept at it and got through it. There isn't much to say. Graham McTavish was the leader again. He rattled on about a couple of plays that he did. One of them he wrote and it was about Vincent Van Gogh. Since I didn't want to die during this walk, I could actually pay attention. Hubby didn't have the TV on either, so I didn't have a split focus. It was interesting enough, but since I didn't have that split focus, I started at the time pretty much the entire walk.

So the screenshot below is the one for what I did. The one below that is what it was supposed to be. I can do 3MPH for about three minutes. After that it's a big fat No!

I hatched a Pokemon Go egg. It was a Tepig which is getting kinda old, but I only have 58 candy and I need 125 so I'm not going to complain. I also got enough kilometers to get my next round of battle entries. I have 5663 steps for the day so I get 50 points on Engage for Health. I should have had more steps, but I don't carry my phone while I walk around at work.

Alrighty! Time to go sit on the couch and do nothing for the rest of the night.
