iFit Easter Island Walking Tour Hanga Otea Walk, North Coast, Easter Island Day 12 (for me and for the tour!)

Today is Monday! It's day 12 for me of this walking tour and it's also day 12 of the actual walking tour. I think this is the first time since day 1 that I matched the walk for the correct day. I came home early from work since hubby came home sick. I'm glad that I picked this one for today. It was a relatively short walk, but it pretty much kicked my butt. I'm not sure if it was because I'm tired from the long walk yesterday. I wasn't looking forward to the last incline towards the end. He had the speed down to 1.6 I think for that 26% blip which is the only way I got through it, but as soon as the machine said it was going down to 0% incline, the speed kicked up to 2MPH so I was going 2MPH as we went from 26% include to 0% incline. I kinda wanted to die. I didn't think about my shins, my back or my arms. All I thought about was oxygen and how to get more of it to my brain! I guess I was also wondering how much longer I could go without falling off the machine cuz the incline was intense!

Check out my impressive heart rate monitor line though. No more giant swooping changes! I'm pretty impressed with it. I guess it's all about how the strap interacts with my bra that day.

This walk was in a beginner series, but this was not a beginner walk. Maybe if the treadmill only goes to 15% it would be a beginner, but that 26% was crazy! I only have two more of these walks to go and then I have to decide what I want to do! There are other tours like this that I want to do. There are a couple that have four walks, but three of them I can do and the fourth isn't going to happen for awhile. Either the length, the incline or the speed will do me in. I wish that I could control the speed for some of them. I like that in this series, I couldn't control the speed only because it pushed me, but there are some that I just won't be able to do because the speed is just way too much. If I change the speed, I'll lose the automatic adjustments to the incline and I don't want to do that. Decisions decision! I still have a couple days to decide.

I didn't hatch any eggs in Pokemon Go. I still have one kilometer for one and 2 kilometers for the rest. Ugh!
