iFit 1 Mile Challenge Mississauga, ON, Canada

Today was Saturday. I got to sleep in! Well, I got an extra hour, but we stayed up late late night so it was like not really sleeping in. I got up at 5:00 and made some phone calls for my side hustle. Then I took a shower and started breakfast. We powered through breakfast and then went on a two hour drive to Albany. I slept pretty much the entire way there. I slept a good chunk of the way back and I could fall asleep right now! Not sure why I'm so exhausted all the time. Maybe I need to go get a CPAP machine line my husband! It's helped him. Not that I have any indications of sleep apnea other than being exhausted all the time. Hubby hasn't said that I sound like I have it. My Sleep Number bed says I'm sleeping like crap so maybe my legs are freaking out in my sleep. I don't know really.

I was so tired when we got home. I hopped on the couch and vegged out for a bit. We put on a Hallmark movie and I played games on my iPad until I convinced myself to get up and get on the treadmill since I really want to get these two walks done before the weekend is over. I picked this one because I've actually been dreading it since I knew there was no elevation changes. I put it on 2.5MPH and told myself I needed to stick with that no matter what I wanted once I got up there. I wanted a comfortable pace and didn't want to stress out my lungs. While we were in Albany today, I had a bit of an issue with my breathing. I was walking out of the bathroom and all of a sudden I could not get oxygen. It wasn't a coughing fit, but when I inhaled nothing happened. It freaked me out and then I did start coughing to try to force something to happen. I lost a lot of my vision during that. It's hard to explain. I saw the guy I almost ran into, but I didn't really see anything other than him. No side vision or anything. Then I was heading back to the table to get water and I saw my husband. I didn't really see anything around him either. I just saw him and a box in his hand that he was handing to me. All I could say was that I was going outside. I took the box and just walked away. I kept coughing for like five minutes. It was pretty sucky. I put in a cough drop eventually and things got a bit better, but deep breaths are still a little uncomfortable. My left leg also did some crazy stuff on the way home which really made me angry because I slept the whole way there. All that extra sleep should have bought me a freak out free drive home! UGH!

I got up there and did my 2.5MPH. It felt good. My lower left side hurt a bit, but not like it did before. My heart rate didn't get too high. I was two minutes slower on this attempt than my previous attempt. I think I was going for a record then. I'm pretty sure I was pretty update about not breaking the 22 minute mile mark since I was so close. I was at 2.7MPH for the majority of the walk and got up to 3.4MPH before it was over. Wow. I really need to get my ass in gear! No way I could do that right now! My 2.6MPH to 2.7MPH with Wroclaw, Poland was hard enough the other day. I just need to keep at it and eventually I'll get stronger and faster.

One more 1 mile walk and then I'll have to bump up to the 1.5 miles! I've done them all before so I know that I can do them! I might not be breaking any records. I've toyed with the idea of doing the 1 mile ones again, but not letting myself hold on unless I'm on an incline, but I can't really decide. I think I'll the 1.5 and then after that is over, go back to some of the 1 mile ones and do those with no hands.

I only hatched one egg in Pokemon Go. It was a Lillipup. How boring!
