iFit Heart to Heart on Weight

Today is Friday and I did this walk yesterday. This was the final walk in a four part Heart to Heart series. We were supposed to learn more about the trainers and be inspired. This one started out in a parking lot of an apartment complex in Utah. The trainer is Zac Marion. This is the only trainer in the four part series that I was familiar with. I did his Southern Utah Hiking Mini Series. I liked him in that. I found him to be a bit dramatic and annoying in this. I'm so glad this was only a one mile walk. I feel bad for trashing on a guy who is telling about something so personal, but he really was overly dramatic in his story telling. He also said some things that I found a bit offensive in a way. I know he was talking about himself and how he felt, but he was 240 pounds and talking about how huge he was. Well I'm 100 pounds heavier than him so how is that supposed to make me feel if he's saying how huge he was. I started to turn him out because he was annoying me.

We walked up two flights of steps with him and then down two flights and then down the street. He talked about how that was his beginning and he took control of his life. He took us along the path of his first run and then all of a sudden we were in the woods. It was a bit weird for me. Anyway, I didn't really find him all that inspirational. Yay he lost the weight. I'm thrilled for him, but his delivery was just blah. The walk itself was fine. It was only a little over a mile. I survived and nothing went number. I didn't really feel any pain either. That's good.

I picked a four part series and I managed to do all four parts in a row in the correct order. I'm impressed with myself.
