I did this walk on Monday. Today is Friday. It's been a long week! This was part of a four part series called Heart to Heart where we got to learn more about four iFit trainers. This one was done by Ashley Paulson. I haven't done any of her other workouts, but I've seen her face on a few of them. She does running ones which are not going to happen for me for a long time. The walk was on a Mt. Timpanogos.
The topic of the walk was healing. The trainer talked about her struggles with an eating disorder. Overall, I found her interesting and engaging. I listened to her throughout and did not get side tracked and that is unusual for me. She wasn't annoying or anything. The walk itself was easy enough. We never went over 10% incline and we had some decline parts. My legs didn't go numb. My feet didn't either. I don't really have much to say, but my one take away was her saying that she had to think about forever instead of for now. For me, that would mean something like that Reese's PB Cup would be great right now, but it will be on my hips forever which isn't so good. We shall see if I can use this to help with my motivation to eat better.
