iFit Lower Beehive Baskin Hike, Big Sky, Montana

Today is Saturday, but I did this walk on Tuesday. It was my second day of only having one job and I had to get on the treadmill since I quit my second job so I could focus on getting my shit together. I have got to lose this weight, but more important than that is to get my back fixed so it doesn't hurt all the time and get me back into decent enough shape to be hiking. Walking around the grocery store at this point hurts.

I took this one at a slower pace than the trainer had set up. As soon as she went to 2.5, I went back down to 2.0 and stayed there. I did all of the elevations with her, but not the speed. My breathing hasn't been so good lately and it was only my second day back on the treadmill so I didn't want to push things. My left pelvis area was hurting. I call it my hip, but my chiro says it's really my pelvis. So anyway I feel stupid saying my left pelvis hurt. Then my right hurt and then back to my left. I got through it though.

I was coughing a bit, but I survived. I started taking my MegaSpore Probiotic again so hopefully the breathing will get better again. I'm working from home so I shouldn't be having these breathing problems, but I am in a new house so maybe there's something here that I just don't know. I did get a new shelf for my office and that thing stunk for a bit too so maybe it's that. I don't know! Hell maybe it's the extra 1,000 feet in elevation from the last house.

I don't have a ton to say about this walk because I don't really remember enough about it since it was four days ago and I've done others since. I was supposed to do 1.1 miles and 246 feet of elevation, but I only did .83 miles and 190 feet of elevation, but it's better than nothing and it was a step in the right direction.

What it should have been
