iFit 1.5 Mile Challenge Bangkok, Thailand

Today is Monday. It's the start of my second week of working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic. I love love love working from home. I see all these people on Facebook complaining about this whole push for people to stay home to not spread this. They are saying how this is what it's like to live in socialism. I'm like eh, this is what my life is like. Other than giving up breakfast out on the weekend with my husband and working from home, my life really hasn't changed. I go grocery shopping when I need to. The life of an introvert!

I haven't posted since March 11th. I did do some walking on the treadmill, but they were just boring manual workouts so I didn't post them. I haven't walked nearly as much as I should be, but I did do some. I was trying to figure out if I was getting sick and then there was the whole working from home thing. My new schedule is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm so I've got plenty of time to walk after work and I have zero excuses to not walk!

I did this one at 2.5MPH. I picked this one because it was on the first page of the 1.5MPH walks. It was the second one on the list. I accidentally scheduled the first one for tomorrow so I picked this for today. It was pretty flat. The highest incline was 4%. The last time I did this one, I did it three minutes faster. I did it back in January of 2019. I felt like such a slacker once I saw that. I got up there and got through it. My legs didn't go numb. I'm pretty happy. I don't have a whole lot to say about this walk. The first screen shot is today and the last one is the previous attempt.

I hatched one Pokemon Go egg. It was a Gothita. It was my first one so that was cool.
