About Me

Trapped In a Fat Chick: I'm a skinny chick trapped in the body of a fat chick. I'm in the process of trying to rescue the skinny chick inside. This blog is one part of that attempt. I will keep you updated on my progress. This won't be your typical weight loss blog though. I will be discussing more than just what I did that day to lose weight. I will also share some of my other activities including mystery shopping, photography, online rewards programs and online shopping. I'm not a doctor, a trainer or a nutritionist. I write about my life, what I've done to lose weight and what I've read about losing weight. I make no promises that anything I say will work for anyone else.
